DAS Federal will define the evaluation criteria based on the requirements derived in working closely with your agency and stakeholders. These criteria are based on our experience; prototypes; Gartner and Forrester rankings; market share; technology and process fit; operational effectiveness; determine whether the product or service will support your systems and processes; and life-cycle cost.
We will ensure that all relevant vendors are able to provide the necessary demos, support, and documentation. Our team will work with the Stakeholders to evaluate and rate each product or service.
DAS Federal Analysis of Alternative Services Expertise:
1.Identify Requirement: DAS Federal will discuss with your agency the needs and help you identify and confirm the requirements.
2.Establish Decision Criteria: We will establish criteria based on which the recommendations will be made.
3.Weigh Decision Criteria: We will prioritize the established criteria according to the business requirements.

If needed, DAS Federal will work with the stakeholders within your agency to develop a comprehensive plan to implement, replace or upgrade the product or service that emerges as the winner during the AoA. This will include timelines, procurement, and implementation strategy and/or migration strategy.
